Jay was very friendly, having a pre-photo meeting online to chat and plan the day, discussing potential locations and what type of photography we wanted to do and also providing some suggestions since we hadn't done anything like this before. In addition, he was very flexible when we had to change the day of the photoshoot within the week due to scheduling conflicts and bad weather which we were very fortunate to have clear skies for our photoshoot instead a damp and rainy day. During the photoshoot, he was able to guide and provide ideas to us and kept updating us on the results of the photoshoot to ensure we were happy with the shots. Afterwards, post-photoshoot, he was very helpful in editing the visuals and also assisted us further when we requested more editing on our photos and listened to our feedback. Highly recommended.
